We are

pleased to be introducing a smarter way of purchasing food and drinks at the Intel café facilities.

You will now be able to purchase food and beverages on site using your ID Badge. You can top up your card through the internet on the secure Systopia site or at the new payment kiosks, using cash or your credit/debit card.

When purchasing food or drinks items just scan the Cashless reader at the till locations and your transaction will go through.

Overall, these changes will provide a faster, more flexible and more customer-friendly experience.

When is the new system going live?The new system will go live WW11.5, March 13. From this date, you will be able to use your Intel ID badge to pay for purchases at the café tills.

How do I top up my card balance?(1) Top-up using cash or credit/debit cards at the Kiosk in

UK2 cafe.

(2) Credit/debit online at https://isw.systopiacloud.com/(3) Auto top-up online: Option, which ensures you’ll never

be stuck at the till! You can auto top-up; this means that you set your account to auto top-up your card when your balance hits a minimum limit you set. (E.g. you can set your limit to £5 and auto top-up by £20. This means that once your balance on the system reduces to less than £5 at any stage, then it auto top-ups by £20. The system gives you options on upper and lower limits.

When can I access the Systopia website to add funds to my ID card?You can access the site, https://isw.systopiacloud.com/ set up an account and add funds from WW10.1. There will also be café staff at the kiosk area during WW11-12 to assist with top-ups and to hand out info-cards.

Does the kiosk issue receipts?The kiosk offers optional receipts for credit/debit card transactions

Do the Kiosks take coins?The Kiosks do not take coins; they accept all Pound notes and credit/debit cards.

What if I am bringing a visitor onsite?There are 2 types of visitor to the site:

(1) Intel Blue or Green badge visiting from a different site (currently has a WWID:

Visitor details need to be loaded on the system and this can be done before the visitor comes to site. Please contact your local café manager and they will inform you of the details required. Please use this email address: ISW [email protected]

(2) Non-badged Visitor (i.e. Vendor, tour, friend, family):(3) This visitor will obtain a visitor badge from security to

enter the site. All the new visitor’s badges will have already been setup on the system. This means that the visitor can top-up their card at the loaders in each of the cafes.

(4) We’re keeping credit card option as a backup for visitors and emergencies.

What if there are funds left on the visitor cards and the person wants to get this money back?The visitor will have the ability to go to the Kiosk loader and press refund. This will refund the remaining balance to the nearest value in coins (rounded down to the nearest Pound). The kiosks do not have the facility to refund notes.

What if I am using a temporary ID badge?If using a temporary ID badge, you will need to show your temporary badge to the cashier at the till and tell them your WWID. The value of the transaction will be deducted from your balance on the system. The cashier will note the temporary badge number for reference of the transaction.

How does a new hire get added to the system?A new Blue Badge hire will get added to the system prior to NEO. The WWIDs of all Blue Badge new hires are sent in advance to the café manager and are entered into the system. New hires will be able to top up their cards either at the kiosks or online from their first day at Intel. If there are any issues, employees can contact the café manager either directly in the café or by emailing ISW [email protected]

Green badge new hire info is provided by Security to the catering company on regular basis.

Are there any additional transaction charges?Your normal bank charges apply when using debit/credit cards.

What data protection is on this Systopia system?The Systopia cloud hosted solution operates as a ‘private cloud’ protected by enforced strong passwords. An SSL

certificate protects the data to and from the Good2Go web page using 2048 bit encryption, while card holder data from access systems can be sent to our SFTP or FTPS servers, compressed and password protected files can be used if required.The below details is from the VISA Europe Accounts information security (AIS). Worldpay is listed as a DCI DSS validated member agent.

As the card is inserted into a PED (payment entry device) the card number (PAN) is sent to the PC where it is encrypted before transmission across a network. The changes in progress enable the PED to encrypt the PAN. By achieving this action, even if a network were to be hacked, access to the encryption keys could not be obtained. Regarding e-commerce transactions, the following process applies: a transaction is raised within the Good2Go web server to top up a card. After a user has selected the value to add or has configured an auto top-up, the user’s browser is redirected to

an off-site server where the card details are entered. Systopia equipment does not store credit card numbers. Worldpay system manages the fund transfer.

How do I register my card?If you are a new user click on the ‘New User’ button and you will be prompted to enter your card number and create a unique password for future log-ins.

What is my card number?

This is your WWID, found on the back of your ID Badge.

What does my online page let me do?After logging on, the home screen will be shown. From this portal you can add funds to your account by selecting Top-up, view a history of past transactions by selecting Manage Account and view your current card balance, displayed on the right of the screen.

How can I top-up my balance?- Top-ups can be entered each time you need to add funds

to the account, or an Auto Top-up can be configured.- After clicking Top-up from the home screen, you can

select a value to add from the grid of buttons. - Next select the type of credit/debit card you wish to use

and enter the details as required.- You may be taken to the Verified by VISA Mastercard

SecureCode web page where you will need to enter your secondary password.

- Finally you will be shown a message to indicate your transaction was successful and you may use the funds immediately.

- From the home screen select ‘Manage Account’.- Then select ‘Account details’, ‘Change Auto Top-up’ and

‘Setup an Auto Top-up’.- Select a minimum value and the amount to be topped up

to your account. You can change these values at any time.

- After selecting the type of card to be used, click ‘Finish’ and enter your card details as required.

- Users who configure an Auto Top-up will be given an overdraft facility of €5, the available balance will increase by this amount.

How do I view my past transactions?- From the home screen, click on ‘Manage Account’ to

be shown your transactions, the most recent being at the top of the page.

- To view older transactions click on the page box at the bottom of the list.

- Click ‘Main Menu’ to return to the home screen at any time.

How can I

manage my account details?- To view more account options, click on ‘Manage

Account’ from the home screen and then ‘Account Details’.

- From this screen you can change your email address, password, secret questions and Auto Top-up values.

- The ‘Setup and Auto Top-up’ button is only shown if no Auto Top-up has been configured.

- At any time click ‘Main Menu’ to return to the home screen.

What if I forget my password?- Should you forget your password, click on ‘Forgotten

Password’ from the Log-on screen.- An account will be locked following three failed

attempts to log-on. A password re-set will unlock the account.

- You will be prompted to enter your card number, answer your security questions and create a new password.

The Kiosks

What can I do using the Kiosk?

The kiosks allow you to top-up your balance while on the go and you can also view your transaction history.

How do I log onto the Kiosk?- Insert your identity card into the slot provided and

the home screen will be shown.- Your current balance will be shown on the right hand

side. - Remove your card at any time to log off.

How do I top-up?

- Select Top-up to add funds to your account by using a Credit or Debit Card and choose the amount to load.

- When instructed insert the Credit or Debit card and follow the onscreen instructions.

- You can also insert notes at any point when logged on to add value to your account.

- Two green lights indicate the note unit is ready to accept €5, €10 or €20 notes.

How do I check my

transactions?- To check past transactions select ‘Manage Account’

from the home screen.- The most recent transactions are shown at the top of

the page, to show older transactions simply select the desired page from the numbered boxes below.

- To log off at any time just remove your identity card.

How do I pay at the tills with my card?- On arrival at the till, simply present your card to the

‘blue-ringed’ area on the Cashless Card Reader which you can find alongside each till.

- The Cashless Card Reader will display your name, the balance of your account and the cost of the items purchased.

- The transaction will take place in milliseconds and the total cost of your food and drink subtracted from your account balance.

- The Cashless Card Reader will then display the amount left in your cashless account.

What if I lose my card?- If you lose your card, you should report to Security as

normal. Your card will be cancelled and a new one issued for use.

- Your previous balance will be transferred to your new card.

Are my details secure?- The credit/debit card details that you input are handled

by PCI compliant companies Verifone and WorldPay through secure transactions. These providers have been verified by Intel as secure payment gateways.

What if I have a query regarding the balance shown on my card?

- Your balance will be shown at every Card Reader regardless of conducting a transaction.

- You can also view a history of past transactions including purchases and top-ups using the Online Desktop and at the Kiosks. If you have any queries with your transactions, please follow-up with your canteen manager.
