Shared Care• Gain instant access to the full SystmOne patient

record, with patient consent.• Search for patients on SystmOne and Spine with one

simple search.• Automatically check drug interactions and sensitivities

when prescribing.

Full compliance with 111• Quickly initiate clinician warm transfers or call backs.• Instantly send ambulance dispatch message to any

other 111 compliant ambulance service.• Query the Directory of Services to send electronic

referrals to other services.• Use the repeat caller database to identify patients who

have attended any 111 service in the last 96 hours.

Patient Alerts• Instantly be alerted to safe haven, palliative or

potentially violent patients.• Quickly identify frequent callers and patients with

special notes.• See alerts for any patients who have been treated at

any other SystmOne urgent care service in the last 96 hours.
