ACCOUNT CREATION
To participate as a supplier to Synthomer through the Ariba
Network, you will need to create an account on the
Synthomer SAP Ariba® Supplier Portal.
Account Creation: Invitation Email from Synthomer
Registration starts with an initial invitation email,
which will be sent from your Synthomer
procurement contact.
• Please be aware this email will come from an SAP
Ariba™ automatic generated email address,
e.g.,s4system-prodeu+Synthomer-
• Start by clicking on the "Click here“ link to
open the sign-in page

• If you have an existing Ariba Network account, click
on Log In

Company information
• Enter your company’s general information for creating
the account
User account information
• Enter the personal information of the administrator of
this account
Username
• Your username has to be in an email format.
• If you have already an SAP Ariba® Login with your
email address you have to choose a different one for
the Synthomer environment

Your Business
• Click the Add button
• Enter your Product and Service Categories by
clicking the Add button (or the Browse link, or the +
icon in the field) to search for the relevant option
• Enter your Ship-to or Service Locations by clicking
the Add button (or the Browse link, or the + icon in
the field) to search for the relevant option
•You could also use the free text field, an
appropriate data will appear by typing.
• Please fill in all mandatory fields (marked with star).
Terms of Use & Privacy Statement
• Read the Terms of Use and the SAP Ariba Privacy
Statement and tick the boxes to agree
Account creation
• Once you have entered all required information, click
on Create account and continue to create your SAP
Ariba® Account, which will be used for Synthomer
registration and qualification processes
REGISTRATION
You are required to complete a questionnaire to complete the
task for registration with Synthomer

Overview
• Left side of the page shows the different sections of
the questionnaire
Questionnaire
• The main body of the questionnaire is in the middle-
right side of the page
Saving
• By clicking on Save the questionnaire will be saved,
and you can continue with it in a later session.
Please be aware that there is a 30-day time
limit to complete the questionnaire. If you
exceed this time, you will have to request for
the questionnaire to be resent

• In the event of any queries you may have, get in
touch with your relevant Synthomer procurement
contact person
Completing:
• When you are satisfied with all your responses, click
on Submit Entire Response, and the questionnaire
will be sent to Synthomer
Approval/Rejection
• Approval of the registration questionnaire will result in
a qualifying questionnaire being sent to you.
• Rejection will come with an explanation asking you to
resubmit with more / modified information, or a
cancellation of the onboarding process

services you wish to supply to Synthomer

Once the qualification questionnaire has been reviewed and approved by Synthomer, there will be a Governance and
Compliance check.
Accounts Payable will confirm that the
supplier banking details are correct
Purchases can then be made from the supplier
for items that come under the qualified commodity codes
