The high concentrated salt-wastewater (about 8~13%) is produced

: After 1-2 days, discharge the whole quantity of wastewater due to the difficulties in

treating the high concentrated salt-wastewater

Use a lot of groundwater to treat the salt wastewater → Increase the usage of water

The salt cost used in salting process is the most of total production costs of Kim-chi
