Forget the “f” wordand its friends.
Instead, entice the other to want to hear what you have to
contribute, your gift.
Start by getting related and asking questions

* What do you think was missing?
“Here are some things that could be valuable for you to
work on”
Keep it light and actionable
Remember: Feedback is a gift.For the other person.
