We confirm the validity of the drinking water, wastewater and recycled water servicing information in Volume 2 of the report. In providing information on servicing, we used three scenarios of development yields. We note that the exhibition material does not include dwelling yields for the precinct. As additional analysis is undertaken on dwelling forecasts, we will appreciate being notified to ensure our servicing advice is current and we can plan any required amplifications accordingly. As noted in Section 3.8 of the report, Sewage Pumping Station (SPS) 67 is located within the Camellia precinct. The proposed residential and local town centre appears to be focused around SPS 67, which is a regionally significant wastewater asset presently servicing almost 200,000 people in western and south western Sydney. By 2036, SPS 67 is forecast to service 350,000 people and the pumping station and downstream assets are likely to require costly amplification. In the shorter term we are planning for improvements to wet weather performance, and works at the pumping station and adjacent foreshores are likely. Continued liaison between the Department of Planning and Environment and Sydney Water will be very important, especially before the structure plan is finalised. Upgrades to SPS 67 and future landuses should be discussed now to avoid future impediments. We look forward to continuing to work with the Department of Planning and Environment, councils and developers to realise the potential at Camellia and the other urban renewal priority precincts across Sydney. RE: Camellia Precinct — Land Use and Infrastructure Analysis

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the exhibition of the Land Use and Infrastructure Analysis for the Camellia Precinct.
