Briefing by Safety supervisor to all personnel involved on the sequence of activity. Every personnel engaged to work on the man-cage shall be provided with a full-body safety harness with double lanyard and shock absorber and safety helmet. Ensure that the ground stability & uniformly level(1% of level grade) for the lifting machine sitting is firm Crane outriggers, if required, shall be fully extended. Lifting machine operator shall be checked hoist drum/slewing brake & locking device before lifting up man-cage. Lifting and lowering speed shall not exceed 0.5m/s Crane must be operated with caution such that when slewing at slow speed. Free falling is prohibited. The man-cage shall be shall be hoisted a few centimeters above ground and inspected to ensure that it is secure and properly balanced before personnel are allowed on the platform. Lifting up man-cage. Personnel working on the man-cage shall keep every part of their bodies inside the platform during raising, lowering and positioning. Load and boom hoist drum brakes, slewing brakes and locking devices shall be engaged when the man-cage is in a stationary working position. Lifting operations are not to be carried out during adverse weather or person working underneath the man-cage Mobile crane or crawler crane to minimize lifting eccentricity and coordinate movement of rigger and maintain signaler visual path with crane operator. Position man-cage over the designated position and lowered it slowly after the operation. If the man-cage is not landed, it shall be secured to a structure or held stationary before the workers exit or enter the platform. When working with mancage operation the following procedures must strictl adhered to$

cage.
