THE CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY REPORT TO THE OWNER AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT ANYUNFORESEEN OR ADVERSE CONDITIONS DISCOVERED DURING DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTIONOPERATIONS.

1. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT ALLOW ANY VEHICULAR TRAFFIC, PARKING OF VEHICLES, OR STOCKPILING OFEXCAVATED MATERIAL OR CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS INSIDE OF THE TREE PROTECTION FENCING ORTHE DRIPLINE OF TREES INDICATED TO BE PRESERVED.

2. CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT MAY NOT OPERATE WITHIN THE DRIP LINE OF A TREE. 3. DURING SEDIMENT REMOVAL, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE CARE TO INSURE THATSTRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF EROSION CONTROL STRUCTURES ARE NOT DAMAGED AND THUSMADE INEFFECTIVE. IF DAMAGE DOES OCCUR, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REPAIR THESTRUCTURES AT THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE.

4. SEDIMENT REMOVED FROM SEDIMENT CONTROL STRUCTURES IS TO BE PLACED AT A SITEAPPROVED BY THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. IT SHALL BE TREATED IN A MANNER SO THAT THEAREA AROUND THE DISPOSAL SITE WILL NOT BE CONTAMINATED OR DAMAGED BY THE SEDIMENTIN THE RUNOFF.

5. ADDITIONAL PROTECTION - ON-SITE PROTECTION IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE MUST BE PROVIDEDSO THAT IT WILL NOT PERMIT SILT TO LEAVE THE PROJECT CONFINES DUE TO UNSEENCONDITIONS OR ACCIDENT.

6. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSURE THAT ALL DRAINAGE STRUCTURES, FLUMES, PIPES, ETC. ARECLEANED OUT AND WORKING PROPERLY AT THE TIME OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROJECT.

7. UPON COMPLETE REMOVAL OF EROSION CONTROL STRUCTURES, THE AREA WHERE THEY WERECONSTRUCTED IS TO GRADED, SEEDED AND MULCHED.

8. STOCKPILED TOPSOIL OR FILL MATERIAL IS TO BE TREATED SO THE SEDIMENT RUNOFF WILL NOTCONTAMINATE SURROUNDING AREA OR ENTER NEARBY DRAINAGE STRUCTURES.

9. WATER IS NOT TO BE PUMPED DIRECTLY INTO EXISTING DRAINAGE STRUCTURES BUT IS TO BEPUMPED INTO SEDIMENT TRAPS ONLY.

10.
