Supply List for All Tangled Up Quilt

Pattern:

All Tangled Up by Lawry Thorn

Fabric:

1 jell roll (2 ½” wide strips with at least 32 strips)

OR

¼ yard each of at least 16 different fabrics

OR

13 2 ½” strips of different colors for the body of the quilt and

16 2 ½” strips of different colors (some could be the same as the 13) for the bor-

ders

3 ¾ yards background fabric 5/8 yard binding

4 ½ yards backing 78” x 78” quilt batting

Other materials needed:

5 baggies at quart size Pad of sticky notes

Marking Pen to write on baggies

Pen or pencil to write and sticky notes

Glue stick or tape to mount a sample of each of your 13 colors for the body of the

quilt to a worksheet that will be provided in class

Equipment Needed:

Rotary cutter and Cutting Mat Ruler: At least 6” x 24”

Sewing machine in good working order

¼” foot (or even feed foot with ¼ foot attachment) Neutral thread for piecing

blocks

Bobbin filled with Neutral thread Pins

NOTE: For this class it is recommended that you do not cut any of the fabr ics,

except to prepare 2 ½” strips if not using a jellyroll, before class

and if you must answer or make a call during

class, please step outside.

3. Please keep all side conversations and chit chat

to a minimum.

4. If you have a question in regards to the class,

please ask the instructor and not your neighbor

as your neighbor may not have the correct

answer.

5. All beverages must be in a container with a lid
