Supply Chain of the FutureDigital, Intelligent, Connected

12thannual conference of the

supply chain experts

Welcome

Dr. Christoph KilgerPartner, Advisory Services, Leader Supply Chain & Operations EMEIA, EY

Automating the interplay between cloud-based systems, evaluations and

decisions to a high degree, thereby reflecting reality in real time, is what defines

the supply chain of the future. Processes are gradually becoming fully automated

on the basis of SC analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Using the

concepts of the Internet of Things and Industry 4.0 facilitates direct access to

comprehensive availability and status information from sourcing, production

and distribution.

The supply chain of the future is tangibly close, as we will demonstrate by

means of practical applications. However, the complexity and capability of

digital information planning and distribution systems is increasing and leading

to challenges in practical application, as well as different approaches within

companies.

Exciting lectures and workshops will provide an insight into the various

implementations. In total, more than 120 industry decision makers from the

fields of product development, production, logistics and trade supply chain

management in the manufacturing sector and trade will be present.

Can we count you in?

Our networking dinner in the Schlosshotel Molkenkur restaurant will round off

the first day of events. Here you will have the opportunity to discuss your ideas

with the speakers and participants in person.

We look forward to welcoming you in Heidelberg at the beginning of June.

Best regards
