A. Supplier Homepage consist of the Vendor Workflow
widget
B. The single person icon allows you to see items
assigned to you and the multiple person icon
allows you to see items assigned to you and
supplier group you are a member of.
C. Welcome Widget displays your username
D. Upload Assets such as thumbnails nail and product
information sheets
E. Clicking on the Exchange logo will
bring you back to the homepage

A. Under the Vendor Workflow Widget
A.Click on Initiate New Items
B.Select Initiate New Item Family

A. In the GPC Brick field click on the button to the
right
B. Select the Product Root folder
C. Select your segment
D. Click the arrows to drop down as shown below
to brick level, the brick will have a small red line
on the folder
E. Highlight your item, select ok

A. To the right of the Primary Product Ship point
field, click on + indicator
B. You can search two ways to attached your ship
point
1. Click on Search tab , type vendor
name in the search field
, click search , highlight, click ok
2. Click on Browse tab, click supplier root
, search by alpha drill down to
ship point, highlight correct ship point
, click ok

• Mandatory attributes are identified by an * in red• Click outside the box for the Submit button to appear
• Click submit
• You will be directed back to the home page

Item Review will show the number of new items created.
Under the Normal column click on the number.
Any item not completed within allotted time frame will escalate to high priority column.

Buy-Side Item Review
Check Box Under “Assigned To…..”
If you do not check the box to assign the item to yourself you will not be able to save any information you enter, and the action buttons will not be available.
Click on file name to complete tabs.

A. Navigate to the Characteristics Tab complete all attributes for
your item
Mandatory attributes are identified by an * in red. There are some
mandatory attributes that will not show the * because they are not
mandatory for all categories.
These attributes will be displayed in an error message when the item(s)
are submitted to the next workflow state if they have not been populated.
A. GTIN, GTIN type, Color Name(starting with a capital letter,
absolutely NO CAPS) are mandatory
B. Save data.

There are two ways to create children
A. Click on Variant Matrix Tab , ten select the Create Variant button

B. Click on NRF code select your color and size, use the arrow to move to
the next box, Selecting your attributes determine the number of
children that will be created, then click on child item tab to submit into
workflow

C. Click on Create Product button, name the item (it should be different from the
family item, Nike Dry Fit w/style #), select ok, once you have created all the
children, Click on the Title name to submit your children into the workflow

A. Mass Assign- Click on item link under the name column to
complete tabs (don’t forget to assign it to yourself before clicking
the link)
B. Complete all attributes under Characteristics, product details, and
category specifics If mandatory fields are not filled in, the tab will
remain with numbers next to each tab
C. Click Save
D. Click on arrow or exchange logo to go back to homepage, go
under normal, click numbers to open your items
Note: You can only mass assign 25 items at a time

A. Mass Assign
Filter your view, Click on Select All
Assign will pop up, Once you click a drop down will appear
Click on Assign to me to mass assign items to yourself
Release Task will un-assign the items
Click the file name to complete

A. Submit to next state in workflow icon will appear, click on icon
B. Popup will appear, click okay. If no errors, items have been sent
to buyer for review and approval
