Board of Education - February 8, 2016 In accordance with the Superintendent Pay Transparency Act, following is a copy of the Superintendent contract between Elkhorn Public Schools and Stephen R. Baker as well as the Detailed Estimate of Base Pay, Additional Compensation & Benefits in the format provide by the Nebraska Department of Education. In summary, the estimated value of the contract in 2016-17 is as follows: Base Pay to Mr. Baker: $248,500.00 Estimate of Benefits and Payroll Costs Paid to Mr. Baker: $ 11,660.54 (Maximum payment for 5 potential unused vacation days, Mileage & Phone Allowance)
Estimate of Benefits and Payroll Costs to Outside Entities: $ 57,077.71 (Insurance, FICA tax, Medicare tax, NE Retirement & Dues)
