The Print Show is the only exhibition that is dedicated to the UK printing market; no other event provides visitors with access to exhibitors that are solely focused on reaching UK customers.

Living for the weekend For the first time in its five-year history, The Print Show will include a weekend date, with the event to open on Sunday September 27th. From speaking to people who have registered but not attended previous shows, the main reason for this was that they were unable to give up time in the week to visit. By featuring a weekend day, we are allowing those that are busy during the week to attend and see the solutions that can help their business grow.

Crossroads of opportunity The quality of visitors is improving year-on-year, with

exhibitors at the 2019 show reporting more quality leads than ever. This is one of the key reasons why so many

companies use the show as a platform for national, European and even worldwide technology launches. The Print Show has welcomed more

than 25,000 visitors since its debut event in 2015,

many of who were at the event to purchase new machinery, with millions of pounds of business having been done as a result of the show. Exhibitors also benefit from in-depth coverage in industry-leading titles Print Monthly and SignLink in the months leading up to the show. In addition, the co-location of The Sign Show alongside The Print Show will be an added incentive to attend the event in 2020.

Why you should exhibit

2020 FOCUS FOR VISITORS

First time co-located with The Sign ShowOver 25k visitors since 2015

For the past five years, The Print Show has served as the primary meeting point for the UK print industry. Thousands of visitors from across the market descend on the show to learn about the latest in print and related technologies, and how this can help them grow their business.

The Print Show 2020 will take place from September 27th to 29th at the NEC in Birmingham and run with the same ethos we have focused on since launching in 2015: to provide the tools UK print companies need to succeed in the modern market.

Focused on UK print The Print Show prides itself on being the only event entirely dedicated to the UK print industry. At our 2019 show, we featured exhibitors from all corners of the industry, providing them with the platform to reach UK customers from across the market. Rather than over-extending itself, the show remains committed to this UK focus.

Weekend date One of the most important changes to The Print Show this year is that, for the first time, we will be including a weekend date by opening on a Sunday. This decision was based on detailed

feedback from visitors, with the idea of making the show more accessible to those companies that cannot spare the time to get out of the office or workshop during the working week. Simply put, this new weekend opening day will provide our exhibitors with access to a whole new range of visitors from the UK print market.

Print without barriers Print is no longer just about ink on paper; of course this remains a major element of the market, but the industry now offers so much more. From wide-format and textile print, through to new technologies in 3D print, The Print Show 2020 will champion ‘Print Without Barriers’, showcasing the many growth opportunities available to the industry.

Diversification Zone ‘Diversification’ is one of the key buzzwords of the modern print sector. In order to ensure ongoing growth and success in our competitive market, businesses must look to expand into profitable areas. The Diversification Zone will pick out some of these markets and the opportunities that they offer to print service providers.

Since its launch, The Golden Ticket Prize Draw has been one of the big highlights of The Print Show.

The Golden Ticket from The 2019 Print Show

Our exhibitors and their new technologies are the main attraction for visitors at The Print Show, but the event is supported by a number of in-show features all designed to offer added value to a day out at the show.

After a hugely successful launch in 2019, our celebrity feature will return for the 2020 show. Exact details of who will feature will be confirmed at a later date, but visitors will again have the chance to take part in a Q&A with our famous faces and also go away with a souvenir signed by the celebrities.

Visitors can also look forward to the return of the popular Diversification Zone, which is designed to help those in attendance identify areas where they can win new work and grow their business. Promotional products, textile printing, 3D print, label printing and value added print will all feature on the Diversification Zone in 2020, presenting visitors with a whole host of growth opportunities.

Also returning is our Golden Ticket feature, whereby visitors who pre-register to attend the event will receive a printed ticket, which they can bring with them on the day and be in with a chance of winning a whole host of fantastic prizes.
