Our 2nd quarter mission project benefits Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary Food Bank. The Food Bank provides food assistance for married seminary students and their families. Contributions can be made using the special envelopes located on the narthex mailbox counter, or by simply using your weekly offering envelope and designating the amount contributed.

A fundraiser is being held to pay off the Toro commercial zero turn mower we purchased last year. Our goal is $6,500. MOELCEC funds will match up to $2,578. Sign-up sheet is on the narthex counter for those interested in volunteering time to mow the church lawn this summer.

• Church council will meet after worship on Monday, June 11th at 7:30pm

• Wednesday morning Bible class will resume June 20th at 10am. We will be going through Pastor John’s Adult Bible Information Class used with prospect members.

• On Sunday’s from June 17th to August 12th after worship we will be offering an inter-generational Bible Study. We will be looking at one of the 9 Fruit of the Spirit from Galatians 5. This Bible Study time will be fun and enlightening for all ages as we learn and grow together. Please plan to stay after worship during the summer!

• Men’s Saturday morning Breakfast, Bible Study and Volleyball will meet June 23rd, 8-10am. Sign-up sheet is on counter in narthex.

• We are seeking additional individuals to serve on our A/V crew. Training will be provided. Talk to Pastor John if you are interested.

On Sunday, June 10th everyone is invited to remain after worship for an Evangelism and Outreach Brainstorming Session as we look to find ways to share the message of Jesus and our church with our community. Come with any and all ideas so that we can put together a good Evangelism/Outreach plan and help others realize the hope we have in Jesus.

ATTENTION ALL KIDS AGES 7-16!

This summer Pastor John is putting together a Theatre Camp, where we get to have fun learning about Jesus, rehearsing and performing Bible-based skits and enjoying time with friends. The camp will run July 23-26. If you want to be part of this, you can find more information and register online at our website www.mountolivelutheran.com. Feel free to invite your friends, too! Restrooms are located in the hallway to the left as you exit the sanctuary.

Children are always welcome in our worship service, but should your little one need a break there is a cry/focus room down the hall past the restrooms. In there you will be able to listen to the service via speakers and observe the service through the windows.

Having difficulty hearing God’s Word during our service? Hearing assistance devices are available. They are located on the counter near the mailboxes.
