Who We Are
Latinas in Tech
Latinas in Tech has been able to empower and accelerate the careers of Latina talent while working hand in hand with top tech companies in order to move the needle with increasing diversity in tech.

In the 4th edition of Latinas in Tech Summit we are aiming to bring and is, so far, the largest gathering of the LatinX community in Tech.

Pitch Competition
For the first time ever, a Pitch Competition will take place in all our chapters.
And at the Summit the winner of each chapter will cometo the summit to pitch for investment.
A fund is being built and we aim to raise $50,000 to award to the winners:
● $30,000 to the winner● $15,000 to the second place● $5,000 to the third

Through a speed-recruiting format, our talented Latinas in Tech are able to interact with multiple recruiting teams from top tech companies.
