Noncredit TuitionNoncredit tuition for individual Summer Intensive programs is shown throughout this brochure These costs do not include transportation, housing, or meals, unless otherwise noted

Noncredit Registration FeesFor noncredit courses (course numbers that contain the designation “CE” or “CS”), the registration fee is either $10 or $20, depending upon the total cost of the course or courses for which you apply If the total of your tuition is $99 or less, your registration fee is $10 If the total of your tuition is $100 or more, the fee is $20 The maximum $20 registration fee is payable only once each semester, no matter how many times you add courses Registration fees are nonrefundable

Note: This fee schedule does not apply to programs requiring credit registration.

Noncredit Withdrawals and RefundsNotice of withdrawal for noncredit courses must be made in writing to the NYU‑SCPS Office of Noncredit Student Services, 7 East 12th Street, Room 133, New York, NY 10003; or online at scps.nyu.edu/drop The noncredit refund schedule is as follows: 100 percent of the base rate for withdrawal before the first class day; 75 percent of the base rate for withdrawal before the third class day; after the third class day, no refund is granted Certain restrictions apply; please see courses for more information Fees and deposits are not refundable

Credit Tuition and FeesFor undergraduate credit (course numbers that contain the designation “UC”), the tuition is $1,204 per unit There is a nonreturnable registration and services fee of $348 for the first unit for anyone not enrolled for Spring 2013 Students enrolled for Spring 2013 pay a nonreturnable registration and services fee of $311 for the first unit The nonreturnable registration and services fee per unit for registration after the first unit is $63

Credit Tuition Payment InformationOnce the online NYU Summer Registration Form is submitted and you are registered, payment must be received within six business days Registration is not complete until payment is received You will be notified of payment instructions once you register Instructions also can be found on our website at nyu.edu/summer

Payment is accepted by check, money order (made payable to New York University), or electronic check ONLY Cash and credit cards will NOT be accepted as payment for credit courses Do not include the housing fee in the amount of your tuition check, money order, or electronic check payment

Credit Withdrawals and RefundsBoth NYU and visiting students should drop classes via Albert up until the day before the session begins; after that they must go to the Student Services Center at 25 West 4th Street Please be advised that refunds are calculated based upon the date a session begins, not the date the first class is held Students who withdraw from classes after the first three days of the session may receive a partial refund of tuition or no refund, based upon the refund schedule which can be found at nyu.edu/summer

Financial AidThere is no financial aid available for the Summer Intensive programs If you require financial assistance, contact your local bank for any private loans you may need Private loan information is also available through the NYU Financial Aid Office at (212) 998-4444 or at nyu.edu/financial.aid
