PROCUREMENT PROCESSCONTRACT WITH FARMERS The farmers contributed land and built a shed

according to Suguna specifications. Deposit of 3000 to 3500RS and signing bond

sheet for contract. These were built to accommodate about 5,000

Feeds are rice, corn, dry fish powder, cow bone powder

Medicines are given at 7th ,14th and 21st days The supervisor visits two days once. Analyze

the chicken’s health. If they find any problem, they suggest changes in feed.

Suguna picked up the chickens around the 45th day

The farmers got their payment in terms of per kg of live chicken.

Maximium per chicken weight around 2.5 to 3.5kg

They were offered a growing charge along with feed and medicines for maintaining the chickens.

They given 3RS to 8RS per kg. Farm Wastages of chicken could be sold

around RS 1 per kg to the local farmers. It streamlined processes for timely collections

and prompt payments Issue the delivery copy to farmers it contains

number of chickens, total weight, date. After recieving chicken from suguna 3 to 4

days payed throught bank account.

They using their own transportation. Chickens are directly send to suguna daily fresh

they stored 300 to 500 chicken capability of ware house.

Processing plant at udamelpet and bangalore Cold storage facility at 450 sqft with a capacity to

store 25 tonnes of meat at trichy and many places.

They where Own 25 feed mills producing 17 lakh tonnes of poultry feed per annum

After getting all chicken from poutry. The farm will be cleaned around 10 days to 20 days.
