How do I implement positive change within my organisation?
Be it as a desired innovation or as a
forced reaction to changing conditions,
change is a challenge for every
organisation.

How do I proceed?
There is a huge potential for conflicts in
change projects. The selection of the
right strategy is therefore vital to the
process and to a positive outcome.
The first step is to clarify what kind of
change you are aiming for. The more
precisely we can assess which thoughts
