Human Factor

‒ For 13 years I´m interested in differences between men´s and

women´s decisions as well as their habits

‒ During a personal mentoring I got to know myself better and

better

‒ This to me was an important process: Before I mean to tell

anyone else anything, I may know myself

‒ Literature often is my first source for new knowledge

‒ After reading, my personal experience and testing is the next

step to transfer the knowledge into practise

‒ This is needed to deepen the knowledgeCopy-protected

For our session today, somewhere over the rainbow…Please imagine...

‒ Or you are afraid of what is yet to come

with this strange IT-stuff

‒ Or a team member

‒ Or you need to become digital, because something went wrong

in the past

Depending on which side of the rainbow you´re standing, you´re always correct.

Never forget: Perhaps, next time, next project, next job

– you can be the one on the other side of the rainbow.

‒ Your are very convinced and enthusiastic

about digitalization

‒ You are the project leader

‒ You want to get

more digital

‒ Not asking or communication can be seen as a very

violent habit

o „The opposite of liking somebody, is not to hate him/ her.

It´s to ignore this person.“Copy-protected

Do you know…yourself. Never forget to be you.

DB Rail Academy | How to deal with the human factor when implementing IT-Systems | Nancy Klueck | 21st october 2020 16

Being human is meant to habit like a human

‒ You´re allowed to show your feelings

‒ Before showing feelings, you need to know your feelings

‒ Showing your feelings doesn´t mean to hurt others

‒ Instead: Be YOU

Believe in - YOU

‒ When you were a child you thought there is Santa Clause till

you were 8 years. So why don´t you believe in yourself for at

least 5 minutes?

‒ Never let anyone take over the responsibility for your success

and failure → because then this person has the power to

change sth.

‒ if you by yourself take the responsibility

→ you have the power to change
