– Laugh, use humor. Do something funny and enjoyable such as seeing a funny movie, laughing with friends, reading a humorous book, or going to a comedy show.

– Healthy lifestyle and food habits

• Have multiple positive energy sources--Hobbies, interests

• Yogasanas

– Exercise different parts of the body Combine with breathing

– Postures: Stretch & hold, Compress & hold

– yoga helps to increase our stamina and also the body systems function better. Creates flexibility and lightness

• Pranayama

– Enriches the blood and thus the body gets better blood . This

– Helps more energy in every cell of the body

– Stimulates nerve tips in lungs which have connection to the brain area where Pituitary Gland is situated

• Pituitary Gland is the master gland of the endocrine system and has a strong influence on rest of the endocrine glands and it is called the Master Gland.

• Meditation- Helps to calm the mind from Beta state

– Takes the brain to Alpha state: electrical impulses of 8 to 14 cycles per second

– At deep meditation level (Samadhi state) brain goes to Theta state: electrical impulses of 4 to 7 cycles per second

– Leads to deeper relaxation Delta state (1/2 - 4 cycles per second)

– It is the interpretation to a situation that makes the mind positive or negative and Positive Energy is most fundamental to any one.

– Every one has both a comfort zone and a discomfort zone.

– COMFORT ZONE ---- HARMONY.

– IF ONE IS CAREFUL AND SENSITIVE COMFORT ZONE SLOWLY EXPANDS.

– LIFE IS NOT BED OF ROSES. EVERY PROBLEM HAS A MESSAGE.

– MAKE USE OF EVERY OPPORTUNITY. BE ALERT , BE AWARE.

– WHEN ONE FACES A PROBLEM TAKE IT AS A CHALLENGE With SELF CONFIDENCE ,ALERTNESS,USE OF SITUATION,WISE DECISION and APPRECIATION.

– “EACH MOMENT IS WONDERFULL AND COMPLETE.

– IT IS THE SONG OF DIVINE.” BE COURAGEOUS,USE ENCOURAGING TECHNIQUE.

– BE OPEN TO THE VASTNESS OF LIFE… CREATE A CIRCUMSTANCES FOR AN OPPORTUNITY.

– Modern Science (“Matter” Science) : Proof first, then belief/trust. Treats only symptoms.

– Spiritual Science (“Energy” Science): Believe/trust first, then proof comes in the form of experiences

– Practice Yoga & Pranayama and Meditation everyday

– Life will change at the most fundamental level

• Combines Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga (Service), Bhakti Yoga (Devotion ) Jnana Yoga

• Practical for family & social life, professional life and spiritual life

• Use Healing, Homeopathy and other Alternative therapies for chronic or hereditary health problems to strengthen the positive energy.

– Become better individuals and better leaders.

– Eat healthy food

– Cultivate healthy habits.

– Forgive and forget.

– Believe in self and help others.

– Learn to use what life gives you and move forward in life.

– Respect the feelings of others and follow the principles of giving, caring, sharing, and loving. Life will be harmonious.

– People spend half of their life in making money and loose health in that process.

– In the remaining half they spend that money trying to regain the health.

– Pursue health (mind+body) and knowledge (universal knowledge) then money & fame will follow as a byproduct
