HEALTHY WORKPLACE – CONTEXTUALISATION
Development comprising 8 af fordable houses and 8 af fordable apar tments. The houses are of block and block construction with the front door and balcony façade taking full advantage of the views and south facing sunlight. The apar tment block is steel frame constructed with the circulation core at the centre and the apar tment on either side forming ‘wings’. The development takes full advantage of the views and natural l ighting as well as incorporating car parking and communal green spaces. The aim of this development was to create a unique collection of homes, that complement the landscape and encourages a happy neighbourhood.
