Student learning doesnt just happen in a classroom. Opportunities for teaching and development exist everywhere and at all times on campus and as student affairs professionals, their job is to foster and promote these interactions.

It may serve as the complaints and help desk of the studentsPURPOSEIt helps students adjust socially for personal growth and learning through student involvement in co-curricular activities.Having foreign student affairs staff can contribute toward a shared responsibility for the student experience.

All students, all people, come across barriers in life where they do not know where to go or how to best proceed. They need guidance, a pointer, a reflection to offer them a route to follow, or a tool to get over a hurdle and back on track. Foreign student Services are the ones who can provide this.
