Student of the Year Award

Students must complete an application in order to be

considered for the award. Applications are available

during a designated time period in the spring and can be

picked up in the Student Life Office on each campus.

Students may only win this award one time.

Each spring, all four Tri-C campuses award the Student of the Year Award to one hard-

working student. Each Student of the Year is awarded $2,000. Requirements include:

Successful completion of 24 credit hours by the end of the preceding fall term

Minimum of a 2.5 accumulative grade point average

50 Documented volunteer hours

Completion of Tri-C’s General Leadership Certificate offered through Student
