Bespoke Wedding Packages Every wedding at Stubton Hall is special and exclusive. We will sit down with you to plan the details of your event, but the following recommendations will give you some idea of what to expect to pay for a bespoke reception and sit down meal at Stubton Hall. Each of these packages is based on a minimum of 75 guests and includes VAT at 20%. You are not required to stick within a single package, but if you pick and choose from more than one, the price will naturally change. In addition to this per person price, you will need to pay a venue fee and guarantee to take a minimum number of bedrooms. Please refer to our frequently asked questions for details.

EXTRAVAGANT from £165 per person plus venue fee to include the following: o Exclusive use of Stubton Hall and its grounds o Flowers in the entrance hall o The services of our wedding coordinator to help plan your day o Choice of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, beers or cocktails for your reception drinks o Hot & cold canapés served throughout the reception o Sit down four-course meal from the Extravagant menu o A choice of fine wines o Bottled still and sparkling water on the tables o A flute of Veuve Clicquot Champagne with the speeches o Wedding cake o Choice of flowers on tables o Choice of white, ivory or coloured table linen and napkins for the wedding breakfast o Our own DJ to play for your guests from 7pm to midnight

High Tea Weddings

The venue fee for High Tea Weddings varies depending on the season. Our apologies, but because of the high demand for large weddings in our busiest season, we are unable to offer the High Tea Wedding on Fridays and Saturdays from May through October unless the booking is made five months or less before the date of the wedding. Weekdays or the remaining weekends should be no problem at any time of the year, please ask.

Winter Black Tie Weddings

For couples who are looking for something intimate and understated, this elegant option works best for 20-50 guests and is held entirely in the reception rooms of the main house. Available October - March.

Stubton Hall is a special place at Christmas. We trim the house with festive garlands, decorate an enormous tree in the entrance hall and light roaring log fires in the hall and bar. Why not plan a wedding in this romantic moment?
