PROBLEM Stuart Hall has lower retention rates once students reach

the upper level school, partially due to students transferring to the VA Governors School

The Emphasis Programs are meant to provide students the opportunity to engage in more rigorous academic work similar to that at VA Governors school

The Program materials are text-heavy and do not communicate the requirements and benefits of the program in a viewer friendly way
