Dear Parent, Welcome to the Stroud High School uniform brochure. Your child’s school uniform may be purchased from Trutex Direct and will be delivered directly to your home, or specified delivery address. Trutex Direct Our school uniform brochure has been provided by Trutex, who are the school’s supplier and have committed to stocking our school uniform. They have agreed to provide sponsorship for our school fund on each order placed. Uniform can also be purchased from Batemens Sports Ltd, 2 Kendrick Street, Stroud, Gloucs, GLS 1AB. School Uniform Information The inside of our brochure details our schools uniform policy, price of uniform and sizes that are available. In addition, we recommend that non-school specific items of uniform are also purchased from the catalogue as all additional sales will significantly help our school. Ordering Process We know that many parents prefer to order on-line – this service is available from Trutex Direct. Log onto www.trutex.com and register using our schools LEA code: LEA00402SB. This will take you to the Stroud High School uniform page, where you can see all items of our school uniform. The site is secure and orders can be placed quickly and safely, direct with Trutex. Alternatively, you can order from Trutex Direct by phone, call 01200 421206. Delivery School uniform is available from Trutex all year round. Postage and packaging is free on orders over £70 or from £3.50 for orders under. Trutex will normally deliver within 7 working days. However, during their busiest time towards the start of back to school this can be extended. Trutex seriously recommend that you place your order for the new School year before 3rd August to ensure delivery. Whilst every effort will be made to satisfy all orders, Trutex cannot guarantee delivery after this date. Standard Delivery: £4.98 Orders placed before 2.00pm (Monday ½ Friday excluding bank holidays) using our Standard Delivery option will be delivered within 2 working days when in stock. Parcels are tracked with proof of delivery under this service.

Next Day Delivery: £6.98 Orders placed before 2.00pm (Monday ½ Friday excluding bank holidays) using our Next Day Delivery option will be delivered next working day to a specified delivery address, when in stock, within a 1 hour window slot. Parcels are also tracked under this service.
Hassle-free Returns and Exchanges We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s) that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned in an unused condition, within 28 days of receipt. Returns may take up to 7 working days to reach Trutex. Returns should be posted using the ½free post returns½ label at your nearest post office. Please ensure that a ½proof of return½ is received from the post office counter.
