Storyboard

• For my short film I am putting together a storyboard that I can follow to get the sort of thing I am after.

• In this case I am wanting to focus my film on a sort of morale saying don’t keep secrets from your loved ones or something along these lines.

• Hopefully my film will run a lot clearer and smoother than my last film.

Scene 1

• For my first scene I want to use a black fade in to a class room.

• I will hold a short zoom shot of the class room for 5 seconds. I will then fade the camera out.

Scene 2

• For my next scene I want to hold a two shot with shallow focus of a boy looking at the girl in front of him.

• I want to try and keep the convention of mystery as the girl seems to have no clue the boy is focusing his attention too her.

Scene 3

• Here I want to use another two shot of the boy knocking things showing he is trying to get her attention.

• This scene could work for my target audience as it seems like a big pay off that the boy and girl are talking.

Scene 4

• For this scene I want to use a two shot of the boy and girl talking.

• Although they are talking the boy seems to ask the girl out and she accepts.

• This will help in showing emotion in this case love.

Scene 5

• For my last few scenes I want to use an over shoulder shot of the boy walking away from his girlfriend after finding out her secret.

• I am hoping to show an emotion of distrust and loneliness.

Scene 6

• Here I want to focus all the audiences attention to the girl and the emotion she is feeling.

• The sense of emotion I want to convey is the girl’s vulnerability and loneliness and the thought of having no one to turn too or trust.

Final scene• For my final scene I want

to focus and use a two shot of the boy and girl hugging.

• I want this for my final scene because it shows a big pay off of the girl and boy been back together despite both their secrets been known.

• This will hopefully show a sort off happy ending to the audience.

• Also this will show the moral at the end saying don’t keep secrets no matter how big or this could happen.
