Stop discriminating children with disability Having an immense intellectual capacity doesn't guarantee the capability of utilizing that capacity if at any case developmentally a child miss some activities that systematize and ensures full development of cognitive ability. We are born into this world looking no more than finished parcel on the outside, but the reality is, much needs to be developed in or inside. Our primitive reflexes are among the foremost steps in mapping the brain development. Therefore, children action and thoughts need to be developed into coordinated and harmonious interactions with the outside world and the populace with their environment. Additionally, a child sense is best developed by constant stimuli through interactions with the environment in order to create and builds in strong communication between the body and the brain. Thus the aspect of home- schooling denies children this aspect of development that is most acquired through children play. It is even a violation of Article 31 of the United Nation Convention affirms play a fundamental child right. The play is an indispensable aspect of upbringing and a unique way of facilitating the full development of communication skills, emotional development, social skills, intellectual and decision-making capacity. It is a way of exploration and discovery of interpersonal interactions, experimentation with other adult`s roles and reflection on ones own feelings. Administrators are the image of the schools system It is a responsibility of any school administrator to ensure that all children receive equal chances in education regardless of their disabilities. In cases where special facilities need the administrators have the power to enquire the provision of such facility within any public school. Thus, the confidentiality of the District administrator to the public is lost if the administrators discriminate and segregate a child from other children and opt to home-school the child. The district administrators are also supposed to protect and creates an excellent image of the public school to the public. The public school system should maintain and demonstrate zero discrimination status against the human since all humans are equal. Therefore, the fact that a school Administrator failed to utilize the district recourses at public school left questionable remarks among the public regarding the public school system. More to that, the discretion and trustworthy in the work of the administrator is questionable. Who should the monitor our public schools? The decision of homeschooling rather than educating the child in public school demonstrates unreliability on the public school system to the lots of disabled children in the school. Though the administrator may value the intellectual benefit and parental nurturing of homeschooling, the supervision work of the administrator in the school is now disputed.
