Hey! I am so glad you have decided to challenge yourself to achieving your

dreams and kicking the butt of procrastination out of sight.

The thing is, deep down, we are all pretty lazy creatures. We all love to lounge

about and relax when we can. Being in a state of passiveness is so much easier

most days. How easy is it to just hit the ‘snooze’ button even when you have 101

tasks to do?

This is all completely normal, but it’s such an easy state to get into and almost

impossible to get out of.

By completing this workbook you will understand:

• The main reasons that are stopping you from achieving your personal goal

• The inner qualities that you possess that will take you to your success

• 5 easy steps you can implement TODAY to put a stop to procrastination

I know this battle all too well, but I have a way of keeping procrastination as far

away from me as possible, and that’s what I want to share with you.

Take your time to go through each step, making sure you are completely honest

with your answers. There is no blame or guilt-trips here, only encouragement.

You are doing this for yourself and your future. That is awesome.

STEP 1 YOU GOTTA HAVE A DREAM

Take a moment to write down any dreams or desires that you have. Don’t be shy. They can be any-thing from running your own business, owning a mansion in the country, taking a trip to somewhere you have always wanted to visit, or redecorating a room in your house. It can be anything. That’s the good thing about your dreams - they are owned by you so you can dream whatever you desire! So, go ahead, get creative and have some fun!

STEP 2 REASEACH THE FACTS

Use this space to write down the most important facts that you need to know in order to achieve one of your goals.

Ask yourself questions such as;

1. Why do I want to achieve this goal? How will it make me feel when I achieve it? How will my achievements influence my life as it stands just now?

2. How long will it take me to achieve results? How can I work this time into my daily routine? What can I do to keep myself motivated on this journey?

3. How much will my dream cost financially? How long will it take me to raise the funds needed? Where will I get the money from?

4. It there anything I need to acquire prior to embarking on my challenge? (e.g. qualifications, passport, visa, childminder/pet-sitter etc.)

Repeat this process for every dream you have.

STEP 3 SELF-BELIEF & SELF-TRUST

Believing and trusting yourself is a powerful key to achieving your life’s dreams and resisting the urge to give in to procrastination.

Knowing your strengths and learning how to work alongside your weaknesses can really boost your inner confidence that you are the right, and only person that can achieve your goal.

Don’t let the evil voice of procrastination come between you and your dreams!

STEP 4 FACE THE FEAR

We all have fears. They may seem silly to others, but they are real to us. Having fears is normal and they are our way of protecting our self from harm. Sometimes, however, fear can work against us and cause us more harm than good!

Fears can be created from things like past experiences, words that people have said, or even just stories that we have made up in our own heads.

If a fear is the cause of your procrastination, then it’s time to do something about it. It’s time to face your fear head on and understand how it’s affecting you and what you can do to tame it.

4. What would happen if your fear came true? What action would you take to recover from it?

Every goal needs a plan. Every plan needs action to complete it. Without action you won’t reach your goal.

The best way to make sure you don’t get lost in overwhelm and let procrastination sneak in and ruin your chances of success, is to take goal-focused action EVERYDAY.

The best way to tackle this is by setting yourself a maximum of 3 goal-focused tasks that you can achieve each day.

Remember to keep the tasks bite-sized. If you set huge tasks to face each day, you will soon get dis-heartened and give up. By completing small tasks you will earn a sense of achievement each day, and as you complete more and more, you will begin to see your goal emerging from the distance.
