    Handling InstructionDate: 01.06.2005 / Page1 of 1

    Percenta stone- and wood-sealing

Areas of application:Stone, wood, teak, terracotta, sandstone, gaseton, clinker, washed-out concrete, tiles, stone slabs, roofing

    tiles, natural stones, marble .....

Aqueous anorganic-organic coating material on basis of the chemical nano technology. Self-organisatinganti-adherend components give the surface an invisible coat with hydrophobic and oleophobic

characteristics. Percenta stone- and wood-wealing is useable for various open-pored, sucking subsoils.

Dilution: noneQuantity to be applied: approx. 10-150 ml per m

Curing / Drying: approx. 6 hours at minimum, preferably 24-48 hoursHandling: refer to safety data sheet

Storing and durability: refer to safety data sheet, imprint on bottles or cans(storing temperature: +5C to +25C, to be protected against direct

insolation and frost, to be stored well closed in the original container)

    Application:

The carrying of gloves is recommended. Percenta wood- and stone-sealing dehumidifies the skin. Theapplication should be checked at an inconspicuous spot or a sample.

Not to be applied at temperatures below +5C.

    Preparation:

The surface to be treated should be dry and clean. Adhesive bits of pollutions must be removed.

    Coating:

Percenta stone- and wood-sealing will be applied richly by spraying, for example with Airless-machines,HVLP-machines or with brushes and paint brushes. The compatibility should be checked always at an

inconspicuous spot. The quantity to be applied depends on the subsoil. At very porous and very absorbent

materials more of the product is necessary than at smooth, thick and fine-pored subsoils. The usualconsumption is at approx. 100-200 ml/m.

During application the temperature of the surface and the air should be between +5C and +40C.

    Drying:

After complete drying Percenta stone- and wood-sealing has achieved its full effect (approx. 6 hours at+10C, approx. 4 hours at +20C, and approx. 3 hours at +30C).

Cleaning of the tools:Clean the tools with water only.

There are two different 'Concrete & Flooring sealants'

    1. Concrete & Flooring Sealant for absorbent surfaces:Ideal for stones, which soak up water and can be worn down through use and exposure (Natural stones,

untreated asbestos cement, sandstones, aerated concrete, untreated clinker bricks and masonry, otheruntreated paving stones).

    2. Concrete & Flooring Sealant for slight and non absorbent surfaces:

Ideal for all glazed stones (glazed clinker, glazed roofing tiles, glazed paving stones, tiles etc)

    Note:

The present instruction for use is based on extensive researches, but doesnt release the user, to check the product and procedures forsuitability for his own special use. Especially we are not responsible for such purposes of application and use which we have not emphasized

particularly in iwriting.By all means the instructions and notes of the safety data sheets must be taken into consideration.
