• To help in the lifecycle of this plastic product, we’ve chosen tomanufacture our material so that it recycles these PET bottles.We’re doing our part to reduce the waste. This acoustical andtackable material is made from PET bottles in a zero-wasteprocess with post industrial recycling. Acoustic panels have two main functions, firstly sound

generated in office spaces and meeting rooms bounce or

reverberate in a space. Acoustic panels reduce the time,

sound pressure waves bounce around in a space resulting in

effective, audibility and clarity, a good example of this being

human voices.

Secondly the 3D acoustic panels offer have an interesting

artistic value and enhances the aesthetic value of any room.

Maintenance : Vacuum occasionally to remove general air-borne debris. Should

soiling occur, spot clean with mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid aggressive

rubbing as this can continue the felting process and change the surface

appearance of the felt.

Reverberation is reduced by offering sound

absorbers to increase speech intelligibility in a

specific area while reducing background sound

noise levels.

Estic 3D Tiles are for indoor use only but can be

used in any area that acoustic treatments are

required including areas of high levels of humidity

such as swimming pools, as polyester fibre

showed only 0.03% absorption of moisture during

recent testing where panels were subjected to high

humidity of 90% for a five day period.

Moisture does not affect polyester and is therefore

safe in all indoor applications.

Variation : Made from moulded felt. It is a natural material and color variation and inclusions of natural

fiber on the surface are evidence of the 100% natural origin of the material. Product color is only

indicative, as it is not possible to assure consistency of color in a natural Product due to the natural

color of raw wool and absorption of dyes. Color matching cannot be guaranteed on shipments and

variation will be more pronounced beyond the normal commercial range.
