In spite of the continuing gloom and doom of the recession the property market has shown considerable

season there was early activity with a number of properties

Generally those sellers with a realistic expectation of the value

properties fetching prices above their upset prices and valuations have long gone and reluctantly and gradually people have begun to accept this change – and no longer do people expect the value

Mortgages are available albeit that the lending criteria to meet is

buyers now need to show commitment by contributing from between 5 and 10 percent of the purchase

property owners move up the market

Prospective purchasers have a wide selection of property to choose from and are in a strong bargaining

count – so make sure the front door is looking good and not jaded and make sure your doorbell is working!

If your property is in the country and reached by a private track it is well worth spending a bit of time and

you have viewers!
