2010 - 2015 Employer: 5 star Home Maintenance Position: Kitchen Fitter/Carpenter Duties and Responsibilities: Working alongside a tradesman assisting all aspects of
home maintenance. My main duties was the full responsibility of all joinery/carpentry jobs which included fitting kitchens, Laying flooring, building stud walls, Hanging doors, window fitting etc. Other duties included Brick laying, Plaster-boarding and plastering, painting and decorating, 2nd fix electrical and plumbing. During this employment I have acquired a wide range of skills and experience and im capable or carrying out each job to a high standard in the required time-scale. I have also accumulated every hand and power tool needed for the jobs.
2005 - 2010 Employer: Motografix Bikes Position: Designer Duties and Responsibilities:
At the start of this employment I had the responsibility of clothing
Manager. My duties were to run a clothing department, which meant stock management, cash and card payment handling, warranty queries, personal finance options, and general shop keeping. During this time I identified a niche to open an e-bay shop. I was instrumental in the development and achievement of this. My idea enabled the company to progress and expand in difficult times. We purchased new equipment such as a digital solvent printer, this allowed me to progress into the design side of the company. I designed, manufactured and distributed a full range of motorcycle tankpads and number boards. As part of my role I also designed and manufactured shop and vehicle vinyl signs, as well as customer bespoke commissions. I used a wide range of skills in this employment, and proved myself to be hardworking and reliable.
2001 - 2005 Employer: Hein Gericke Position: Assistant Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
I commenced my employment as a sales adviser working as part of a small team offering information and advice on motorcycle equipment and safety clothing. During this time I attended several training courses to increase my knowledge, skills and abilities. Moving on from this I continued with the company to assist the manager in running the franchise.
