is proud to present a four-week educational series

focused on Alzheimer's and Dementia

The series will be held at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in the Pelican Room

Mondays beginning September 19, 2011 & ending October 10, 2011

Each presentation will begin at 6:30pm and end by 7:30pm

Lakeview R.M.C. will serve a complimentary dinner from 6:00pm to 6:30pm
