The TRANSFEREXPRESS was designed with only one

thing in mind: how do we provide a fast, uncomplicated

and economical solution for customers urgently in need

of space? The design is therefore basic, clean and

practical, suited for companies from all industry sectors

and for numerous applications – from warehousing to

manufacturing. An additional advantage is that the hall

can be relocated without any loss of material, thus

increasing its utility value.

The TRANSFEREXPRESS is equipped with the doors,

gates and windows required for the respective applica-

tion. With a column-free width of up to 18 m and eaves

heights of up to 7.5 m, the hall accommodates a multi-

tude of applications in commerce, trade and industry.

As varied as our customers' needs:

the COMPACT 3000

For medium and long-term planning, the modular concept of the COMPACT hall gives

you the option of adapting in line with your business development. This can mean an

expansion of the hall space with any number of additional basic modules, or a second

hall docked to the original one, thereby increasing the usable area according to require-

ments.

Commercial buildings outside of pure industrial estates must generally meet architec-

tural requirements. The COMPACT 3000 from Losberger fulfils these requirements

and can therefore also be erected in mixed-use areas.

Angled window panels fitted into the sloping roof ensure that the hall is flooded with

daylight for improved working conditions. Energy is also saved as a result of reduced

lighting costs.

The TECNO hall:

The TECNO solution is designed to fulfil representative

duties. Its clear form means it can be combined with eye-

catching design elements both on the inside and outside,

making it perfectly suited to deployment as an exhibition

and sales hall.

When used for representative purposes, the standard

version with roller door and access door can also be

equipped with generous shop fronts, colourful elements

or electronically controlled entrance doors.

The TECNO hall is supplied

with column-free widths of

hall allow large exhibition

house management or are you drawing up a long-term

plan for warehousing, logistics or order picking? In either

case, Losberger has the right solution for you! The equip-

ment options offered by Losberger's hall range extends

from simple, non-insulated constructions, right through

to fully insulated warehouses designed for long-term use.

We deliver and build the halls quickly, thereby ensuring

that your hall will be available for use within a short

period of time. We generally deliver halls in your stand-

ard configuration for deployment in the short term. More

sophisticated halls for unlimited use can be fitted with a

wide range of sectional and roller doors, access doors

and windows according to your needs. Losberger halls

can be extended flexibly, e.g. with a multi-aisled design,

and can be moved to a different location at any time.

Losberger halls for productive and commercial enterpri-

ses boast a particularly important feature: they are de-

signed with column-free widths of up to 30 m. This en-

sures that structural restrictions do not get in the way of a

reorganisation of a company's workflow. Further specific

requirements for this type of hall include foundations for

machines, production-specific lighting, installation of a

foreman's office and not least the fitting of a crane runway.

Losberger halls create the ideal conditions for the opti-

Commercial enterprises from all industries benefit from

the technical and, above all, design advantages of our

range of hall types, each of which is ideally equipped for

certain tasks. With the appropriate equipment and con-

figuration, they can be used as sales space, showrooms

and presentation areas for the retail industry, for car

dealerships or consumer markets to name just a few.

The major advantage of the steel hall is that the required

storage area is accommodated under the same roof. If

the necessary eaves height is possible, a second sales

or presentation area can also be implemented. An

appealing hall design, for example with colourful facade

elements or with generously-sized display windows,

rounds off the picture.
