Module 3D: Temporary Student Log-in

3 Log in as normal

Once on your course, Go to the Administration section on the LEFT hand

side.1

2 Click on Settings.

Your course Editing window

opens.

You can add a short description

about your course here..

Choose your course availability.

Scroll down your window slightly. 1

Choose whether you want allow guests in or not.

If you choose to allow guests

with a key

Type in the key or password

here.2

Remember to save your changes.

They will be able to log in as follow.

Once you have set up your course access, give the

access key to your guests

Click on "Login as a guest"

This window opens. Next to "enrolment key" type

in the enrolment key given to you by your

teacher, and click "enrol me in this course"

Ask for your IT champion to arrange to have your students e-enrolled on the STC Live course, and you're ready to start using the page for induction & support material, as activities in lessons or for

homework, for student socialisation, as a revision archive and more...
