- Expansion of coverage to show extent of participation of school children in early childhood development programs and in basic education.

INDICATORS

1. Participation Rate (Net Enrolment Ratio) – ratio between the enrolment in the school-age range to the total population of that age range in the community or municipality as per NSO census.

Multigrade classes will be counted as one (1) class. If there are three (3) multigrade classes (ex. Gr. 1 & 2; Gr. 3 & 4; Gr. 5 & 6) in a school, then there will be three classes to be counted.
