I. By including the following language in every state contract:

Compliance Requirements for A.R.S. 41-4401, Government Procurement: E-verify Requirement1. The contractor warrants compliance with all Federal laws and e co ac o a a s co p a ce a ede a a s a dregulations relating to employees and warrants its compliance with Section ARS 23-214, Subsection A.2.
