Implementation Plan

Activities, Responsibility, and Timetables for Completion

In the upcoming 4 months, two sales manager and one marketing director positions will be created. The marketing director will lead the sales and marketing team composed of employees. The whole budget for the billing analysis, service research, and client survey will be equal to 40 percent of the annual promotional budget. A comparison of present and planned actions will be carried out on a monthly basis. The sales and marketing team and the managing director will be responsible. Each project team will determine the required changes in procedures and operations.
