FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM:


In smaller workplaces, portable fire extinguishers will probably besufficient to tackle small fires. However, in more complex buildings, or where it is necessary to protect the means of escapeand/or the property or contents of the building, it may be necessary to consider a sprinkler system. Sprinkler systems are traditionally acknowledged as an efficient means of protecting buildings against extensive damage from fire. They are also now acknowledged as an effective means of reducing the risk to life from fire. Systems are being developed which may be suitable foruse in workplaces with residential areas, such as care homes and houses in multiple occupancy. Sprinkler systems need to be specifically designed and installed to the appropriate hazard category in accordance with an approved code of practice.

How Sprinklers Work

• This is a close-up view of a ceiling-mounted fire sprinkler. The exposed part (what you can see on the ceiling) of this sprinkler measures 1 5/8" long and 1 1/4"wide. Many residential fire sprinklers are recessed into the ceiling so that as little as 1/2" is visible and some are completely recessed and covered with flat caps thatmatch the ceiling.

• The threaded end at the top screws into a water pipe in the ceiling and is not visible from below.

• The cap/seal prevents water from flowing out. The glassbulb holds the cap/seal in place

• The glass bulb is filled with liquid and a small bubble.

• Heat from a fire will expand the liquid and break the bulb. The cap/seal falls away and water will stream out.

• The water stream hits the deflector, which breaks it intoa spray of tiny droplets, which cools the source of the fire thereby extinguishing it.

FIRE HYDRANT SYSTEM:

A Fire Hydrant System is an above-ground connection that provides

access to a water supply for the purpose of fighting fires. Fire

hydrant systems are an installation of pipes, water tanks, pumps,

hydrant outlets and/or hose reels.

Hydrant Systems can be of two types:

(a) External Hydrant System, where the hydrants are installed in

the open, like the city or town water mains, or hydrant systems

installed in the open areas in industrial or such other occupancies;

(b) Internal Hydrant System, installed in buildings or structures to

be protected

We design an integrated Hydrant System as per national and

international norms. We consider capacity of fire pump, size and

arrangement of pipes used for hydrant system, pressure at hydrant

point against the available fire risk. Our designed Hydrant System is


an arrangement of piping, valves, hose connection and allied

equipment installed in building and structure with connection

located in such a manner that water can be discharge in stream of

spray patterns through attached hose and nozzle for the purpose

not only extinguish the fire but at the same time save the occupants

and contents of area in with better response time.

We design Fire Hydrant System as per TAC, NBC, Indian, OISD and NFPA Standards/ guideline.

A well designed conventional fire alarm system with a

microprocessor based LED or LCD display panel using a wide

range of conventional smoke detectors, heat detectors; multi

criteria detectors, flame detectors, infrared beam detectors,

Linear Heat Sensing cable detectors, manual call points, etc. are

still considered as an economic option, especially for small

facilities.

We undertake installation of small fire alarm system for your

office premises to a complex fire detection configuration for multi

complex commercial premises using the most suitable detection

devices to get optimum functional satisfaction with a wide range

of optional auxiliary functions and mimic display devices for

• Linear Heat Sensing Detector System

Linear Heat Sensing Detector System ( LHS ) cable detectors are our preferred choice for timely detection of fire by

sensing an overheat or fire condition in places like Cable Trays, Conveyors, Air Craft Hangers, Power Transformers,

High-Risk Hazards, Tunnels, Cooling towers, Petrochemical storages, Transportation Facilities and Historic Landmarks.

LHS cable-based systems provide economical temperature monitoring at precise point of risk.

They are reliable, flexible and have the ability to detect abnormal temperature variances before fire breaks out.

An automatic fire alarm system is designed to detect the unwanted presence of fire by monitoring environmental

changes associated with combustion. In general, a fire alarm system is classified as either automatically actuated,

manually actuated, or both. Automatic fire alarm systems are intended to notify the building occupants to evacuate in

the event of a fire or other emergency, report the event to an off-premises location in order to summon emergency

services, and to prepare the structure and associated systems to control the spread of fire and smoke.

visibility, Our Clean Agent Fire Protection System, using FM-200 as the extinguishing
