Communication requesting to set a public hearing for January 19, 2012, regarding administration of the Revolving Loan funds (UG-RLF), submitted by Charles Brockman, Economic Development. The Economic Development Administration (EDA) requires that the administrator of the RLF report to the governing body and adopt a resolution that the UG-RLF is in compliance with the approved plan.

Two resolutions submitted by Lew Levin, Chief Financial Officer: 1. A resolution authorizing payment of the costs of improvements to the sewer system 2. A resolution authorizing the offering for sale of GOB, Series 2012-C The preliminary estimate of the savings associated with this refunding is $330,000 with the true interest cost reduced from 3.1% to 1.5% through 2018. The Sewer Service Enterprise Fund will be the revenue source for debt payments.
