Dato’ Kam Kok Fei (Group President & CEO / Director / Major Shareholder of Pathlab), aMalaysian, aged 52. A graduate from Monash University with a Bachelor of ChemicalEngineering (Hons). Dato’ Kam KF aso holds two (2) Master's degree in Science(Biotechnology) and Business Administration from the University of New South Wales,Australia. Dato’ Kam KF started his career as a Treasury Risk Manager (Investment Banking)with Citibank Australia from 1989 to 1990 and thereafter, as a Treasury Derivatives Dealer(Financial futures and options) with Dresdner Bank Australia from 1991 to 1992. Dato' Kam KFhas capped his illustrious career when he was conferred the award of Dato’ Setia NegeriSembilan which carries the title Dato' on 19 July 2007 by DYMM Tuanku Yang Di-Pertuan BesarNegeri Sembilan.
Dato’Kam KF is currently the Group President & CEO of Pathlab. Dato’Kam KF is an outstandingentrepreneur with nearly 2 decades of vast operations and marketing knowledge, Dato’ KamKF's proven expertise is reputed in several business interests ranging from propertyinvestment, medical diagnostic field, chemical, analytical & consulting services, environmentalmonitoring and assessment, distribution of health supplement products. SAM TANGSam Tang Sy Shyr, better known as Sam is the General Manager of MXM International Sdn. Bhd. As a CharteredMarketer (CIM), Sam began his career in Citibank back in 1992. In recognition of his dedication and outstandingperformance, he was subsequently awarded the Service Excellence Award by the Chairman of CITICORP. In 1998, Samwas handpicked to spearhead a new business venture under Kam Holdings, the parent company of Pathology & ClinicalLaboratory (PATHLAB). Equipped with sheer determination and vast experiences in business development and projectmanagement, Sam has transformed MXM International from a once-unknown player in the field of medical insuranceto the leader in distributing quality healthcare management and medical insurance program in Malaysia. His strength inmarketing and business development has fueled the design and distribution of various innovative healthcare andmedical insurance products. The latest innovation from the organization is MediSavers 3 Generations Healthcare FamilyProgram, an affordable plan that offers quality and long-term solution in healthcare and medical insurance protectionfor all three generations in a family. Sam’s superb leadership and management style has also guided the managementteam to set various industry standards and scale new heights. Together with his committed team, MXM has receivedmany awards, with many success stories being chartered along the journey. The organization is also one of the largestdistributors of individual medical insurance in Malaysia. PAUL KHOOPaul has over 18 years of financial services industry experience and obtained his fund managerrepresentative license while he was in the fund management industry. He joined StandardFA from alocal asset management firm, where he was CEO, overseeing Malaysia & Vietnam. He started his fundmanagement career with a global asset management firm and assumed various senior roles beforeserving as their Chief Marketing Officer. He is currently sitting as board of governor and honorarysecretary of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (a non-profit organization). He has served asindependent director, audit committee, nomination & remuneration committee of a listed mobile virtualnetwork operating company from 2011 to 2014. He graduated from University of New Orleans, USAwith a Bachelor of Science in Finance majoring in Investment.

ALVIN TANAlvin Tan is the Chief Marketing Officer of StandardFA and manages the company’sSales, Marketing, Branding and Communication division. Alvin has been a key memberin StandardFA and assumed various senior roles before accepting the current position.He started his investment career with TA Unit Trusts Bhd as their Senior AgencyManager, where he is awarded as the Top Newcomer and Most Promising ConsultantYear 2002. He graduated top from his class and holds a first class honours degree inFinance from Universiti Tenaga Nasional Malaysia, majoring in investment and riskmanagement.
LOH ENG WEELoh Eng Wee is an independent, Non-Executive director of StandardFA since 2013. Hebrings with him vast experiences from the corportate worlds and assits in all legalaspects and corporate governance matters. He had graduated from University ofMalaya in 1994 with a Bachelors of Law (Hons) and was admitted as an advocate andsolicitor, and in 1997, he was appointed as the partner of the firm. Mr Loh’s legalspecialization includes matters relating to banking, corporate, civil, land andconveyancing. He is an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committeemember of Tatt Giap Group Berhad, Pensonic Holdings Berhad and Ideal Sun CityHoldings Berhad, which are listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. He also sits onthe board of several private limited companies.

RUZILAH MOHAMMAD ALIASRuzilah, BBA (Hons) Advance Diploma IT has been with StandardFA since 2001as a pioneer staff and was subsequently appointed as an Executive Drectoroverseeing Legal, Compliance & Human Resources. She is responsible forimplementation of robust compliance framework and controls across thebusiness. Ruzi’s previous role at StandardFA was Head of Operations whereshe had overseen operations including accounting, commissions, informationtechnology systems and back office support systems.

JOSEPHINE KHOOJosephine is an IT consultant for the StandardFA. She advices the company’sinformation technologies infrastructure and oversee IT services support andenhancement to the company. She has been appointed as Chief TechnologyStrategist for GetCover Sdn Bhd since Nov 2015.
She started her career with global banks before start pursuing her IT careeras global web master for Agilent Technologies in 2004.
She joint Agilent’s Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Team in 2006 to assist globalgroup CFO to attain company’s financial information certification in U.S.public companies. She was awarded as Agilent Chief Finance Officer ClubAward in 2007.
She has over 11 years of overseeing and specializing in global ITinfrastructure & models, IT database management & migration, programing,global system enhancement and database structuring with MultinationalCompanies. She graduated with Master of Information Technology andBachelor of Art, Finance from University Science of Malaysia.
