Reverse Advent CalendarHave you ever used an Advent calendar to count down the days till Christmas? We’vegot a new idea for community service this year. How about adding a grocery item to abox each day of Advent, creating a gift of food for a hungry family? It’s called a Reverse Advent Calendar and its very simple— set aside a box and add onefood item to it each day from December 1 to Christmas Eve. Then bring it to church asa gift for the baby Jesus. We provide the list and you provide the love! We’ll start distributing the list on November 17. This project is IN ADDITION TO yourregular participation in the maroon bag donation program.
