Potential Joint Project with Wickenburg Ranch Development
Wickenburg Ranch Development would pay $4 million for the design of the Gap Project in FY’17 ADOT would contribute at least $4 million in FY ’19 for construction in conjunction with $5.88 million from WRE to improve US 93. The first priority would be MP 195.3 to SR 89, including the intersection (WRE’s obligation for improvements).Note: Funding opportunities could be either Major Project Funding or Minor Project Funding. Completed design would allow the Gap Project to be divided into smaller projects for construction.
