SHOULD YOU RENEW YOUR LEASE, OR IS IT TIME FOR A NEW UNIT?

ICS offers a lease-to-own program for copiers and has secured premium pricing with the major manufacturers of the equipment, which enables us to provide wholesale purchasing contracts with comprehensive service agreements. We represent all models of copiers made by the following top-tier companies:

• Canon Solutions America• Sharp Corporation• Konica Minolta

• Toshiba Business Solutions• OKI Kyocera

• Xerox Corporation• Ricoh Company Ltd.

We consult. Prior to the completion of any sale or lease, ICS will establish your true anticipated machine usage over the course of the lease and ascertain your typical overall copying needs.

We secure three bids. ICS provides three distinct proposals which include a set “per copy” rate. This rate is based on the expected number of copies made (per month), which is estimated by the customer during the initial consultation. Simply put, there can never be an overage fee for copies in excess of a pre-determined amount and since the cost-per-copy is always the same, it is easy to manage your copying/printing budget.

You can own the equipment. ICS arranges low interest lease rates and at the end of the lease you own the machine outright, with no additional fees to be paid. Our ownership policy differs from the industry-standard practice that allows leases to automatically renew, generally with a cost increase, unless the customer notifies the leasing company during a specified window of time that the equipment is to be returned.

Our commitment to service and support. The terms of our service contract include conditions that address the repair and/or replacement of all parts, labor, toner, and staples. As the equipment is owned by you at the end of the lease, ICS is available to further consult on the best type of service contract for your copier going forward. With our expertise we will recommend a suitable, extended service agreement on the equipment – again, one tailored to your needs and most suitable for the machine you have (based on its condition, age, future use expectation, etc.).

Let us help you. Send us a copy of your lease at least 150 days before the expiration date. We will review the terms of the contract and advise on your obligation (if any) going forward; in addition, we will help effect the safe, legal return of the equipment should that be an option that you wish to pursue. In addition, the ADNY Legal Office reviews all non-ICS leases to ensure that the parishes, schools, and institutions are protected and comply with New York State law.

Let our successes be yours, too. Since ICS began this program in 2012, we have been able to reduce monthly payments and save participants at least 20% on their new lease agreements. Contact us for a consultation on your next copier pur-chase.

Contact your local ICS representative for any questions you may have and for assistance in placing your orders.

bus chartersCONSIDER ICS THE NEXT TIME YOU ARE LOOKING TO CHARTER A BUS FOR YOUR PARISH

PILGRIMAGE OR END-OF-YEAR SCHOOL TRIP

ICS has implemented a Request for Bid (RFB) process when we are asked to obtain buses that are needed for any trip sponsored by your parish, school, catholic institution or organization. Our RFB procedure is very straightforward and is intended to provide our customers with three different cost options (whenever possible) for your consideration. The prices are presented and the ultimate decision and selection of the bus company is left completely up to the customer.

ICS currently works with reputable bus companies whose business, integrity, insurance coverage(s), and customer service measures have all been vetted (and approved) by us. Our track record and experience with each show them all to be reliable and dependable, while offering very competitive charter rates. Reach out to your ICS representative who will:

• Present the details of your trip to three different bus companies (whenever possible)

• Secure bids from the bus charter companies that can serve your trip’s specifications

• Provide the specific bids, with all contingencies, to your organization for consideration

• Book and reserve the charter for you once you have selected the company

• Track the status of your order and follow it through right up to the date of your trip
