In order to change processes, you must first change attitudes and culture of employees. Heavy interest in blended training as a younger generation starts entering the workforce. Conference/Industry Highlights In San Antonio, groups competed in 1st annual Performance Bowl that required advanced Lean & Six Sigma Process Improvement principles. In Orlando, The PEX Institute reported its 1st year of LSS Green and Black Belt virtual blended learning course. In Austin, colleges and universities learned they could deliver the same great LSS blended learning as the worlds foremost companies- in a contract training format.
