Sponsorship Manual

Sponsoring 2035 E-Mobility Taiwan

2

Qualifications

All 2035 E-Mobility Taiwan (2021 edition) onsite and online exhibitors may apply to be a sponsor. Non-exhibitors are restricted to certain items.

Application deadlineThe organizer accepts application from April 6 th to August 31st, 2021 or when availabilities sold out before

then.

How to apply

Please fill out the application form by the application deadline and send it via email. The organizer will notify the accepted sponsors to submit the official paperwork and to complete the payment in time.

Criteria1. Applications are based on a first-come-first-serve basis according to the date and time email received. If

applications for the same sponsorship are received at the same time, the applicant with higher total sponsorship value shall have priority.

2. The organizer retains the rights to the final decision and distribution.

Payment

1. The prices listed in the sponsorship manual are VAT included and valued in USD. 2. The organizer will notify the accepted sponsors via email. The accepted sponsors shall make a deposit

before the deadline. Overdue payment or failure to pay will be viewed as giving up of the sponsorship,

and the sponsorship will be released. Any payment made will be forfeited.

Rules and regulations1. Sponsoring exhibitors shall submit their designs for approval to the organizer no later than September

10th, 2021. (Please save only 1 design per disc).

2. File specs: photoshop files with 300 dpi or higher. The print out size must comply with the advertisement specifications.

3. In consideration of safety, image and consistency in exhibition quality, the production and construction of sponsoring exhibitors’ designs will be carried out by the organizers’ affiliated contractor.

4. The organizer retains the right to make changes to any sponsor ads.

5. If the organizer cancels a sponsor ad before its production, the sponsoring exhibitor shall receive a full refund for the ad and waives the right to request for any compensation.

6. Images in the Sponsorship Manual are for illustration purposes only. Actual ads may vary due to different designs. The sponsoring ads will carry out during the trade show period (Oct. 20-22, 2021).
