Pre-Event activities allow you to:

Pre-register guests without ticket sales and assign bidder numbers.

Pre-register guests with credit cards for Quick Check Out and assign bidder numbers.

Produce reports showing all guests who have pre-registered.

Pre-sell tickets, register guests, assign bidder numbers, and capture credit card data for Quick Check Out.

Spire Portal -Pre-Register a Guest

Accomplish the following with the Pre-Register a guest link:

Capture guests contact information.

Capture and securely store credit card data for Quick Check Out.

Pre-assign bidder numbers for guests.

Credit card numbers are stored on an offsite PA-DSS certified and PCI

compliant secure server maintained by eProcessing’s Network. Credit card numbers are never stored locally!

Accomplish the following with the Pre-Purchase Ticket link:

Capture guests contact information.

Pre-sell tickets and tables using a credit card.

Pre-assign bidder numbers for guests.

Capture and securely store credit card data for Quick Check Out.

Spire Portal -Accomplish the following with the Pre-Register without a credit card link.

This link allows you to pre-register guests who do not wish to provide a credit card at the door. These guests can not use Quick Check Out.

Spire Portal -Pre-Event Report

The Pre-Registration Report displays crucial information in an exportable format that your organization can use to better account and plan for the event night activities. The following is a sample of the data captured by the Spire Portal: guests names, addresses, bidder numbers, and total number of tickets and tables purchased.

The Spire Portal also captures the last four digits of stored credit cards.
