Spire Portal - Registering Guests

Registering guests and issuing bidder numbers quickly and efficiently is necessary for the success of the event.

The Event Night page provides you with two options for registering guests.

Register A Guest At The Door link allows you to; register guests, issue a bidder numbers, and capture credit card data for Quick Check Out.

Register A Guest Without A Credit Card link allows you to; register guests and issue bidder numbers without recording credit card data at check-in. (This guest is not eligible for Quick Check Out!)

Swipe the guest’s card through the card reader.

That’s it, you have just registered a guest for Quick Check Out, and it only took a few seconds!

Registering a guest at the door is a snap!

Assign a bidder number.

For those guests who have chosen not to use the Quick Check Out option, the Event Pay links allow you to process transactions with the same efficiency at the end of the evening.

In addition, your guests can make on the spot donations!

Event Pay-Credit Card, allows guests who have pre-registered credit cards to make additional purchases or donations without producing their credit card again.

Enter the bidder number. Enter the amount of the sale and or donation.

Print your receipt.
