Conference room:

From Parking 1 (P1), go to the main entrance of the Hospital. Take the Dally Elevator to Floor 2 going left into

the Garden Walkway. Exit walkway through glass doors on your left. Follow covered walkway to skybridge.

Follow skybridge to Family Birth Center Lobby. The Family Birth Center Conference Room is located just to

the left of the stair case.

From Parking 2 (P2) enter through the Rehabilitation entrance. Take the Meadow Elevators up to Floor 2R –

Patient Access. Right at seating area into Garden Walkway. Exit walkway through glass doors on your right.

Follow covered walkway to skybridge. Follow skybridge to Family Birth Center Lobby. The Family Birth

Center Conference Room is located just to the left of the stair case.

Saturday: 7:30-8:00am Continental breakfast and sign-in

Sunday: 7:30-8:00am Continental breakfast

8:00am-5:00 pm Conference

(Please note times are approximate. You will receive a printed syllabus of all presentations upon arrival.)

Dress: Please dress comfortably. We suggest you layer as conference room temperatures are difficult to keep

adjusted for everyone’s comfort.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks prior to the seminar date for

tuition refund less a $75 administration fee. Registration may be transferred to a future course without any fees.
